This resort truly lived up to all of its grandness -- my cousins and I visited in September 2019 for our bi-annual reunion and we had an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived to the property Sabrina greeted us with a big smile... to James our bellman who had no issues with eight women and a ton of luggage :) Tiffany who was our housekeeper made no judgment of our four bedroom suite full of high maintenance girly girls! Even our encounter at the spa was superb (Brandy, Ashley, Megan) thank you for such a tranquil time... This resort made our time together SO MUCH more memorable this is one that will be hard to beat :)

So, I booked one of the Sunset Suites. Upon arrival, I was directed to the separate building next door of the Emerald Grande. No big deal, I thought. However, the staff failed to tell me to enter the door with the Charlie's Burger Bar sign above it, to find my room. I found this fairly comical, as figuring out where to go was a little challenging; the couple staying in the suite next to me had the same issue. So, it's just not me!
That said, the suites are very nicely done. It feels private, almost like a boutique hotel, although the restaurants below were closed, during high season I can't say how quiet it would be.
I would definitely stay here again, but I do have a couple critiques. The shower floor probably need a stronger cleaning agent, as it looks dirty and the bathroom ceiling vent needs a good cleaning as well. These two items are what prevented me from giving this a 5 star rating. The location is very convenient, and at one end of the Harbor Walk. I didn't spend much time in my room, but when I did, it was comfortable.
