Hilton brand hotels are my go to and to have the worst experience at this location was disappointing to say the least. Stayed here for 3 nights/4 days with my family. Experience upon check-in was totally disappointing, didn't receive any kind of information about the hotel, I had to ask questions re. parking, room, etc. At one point the agent who checked us in was chatting on the phone with someone else about their dog. Our suite did not receive housekeeping after informing the front desk two times, ran out of clean towels, toilet paper, kleenex on the second day. Had to inform the front desk again. Not sure what management is doing about the terrible experience at this location but they need to do something fast.

Did not tell us construction would be going on during are stay. Manager did not care about me wanting to relax. He was no help . His explanation was yes we are having construction nothing I could do for you except give me one day of free parking didn’t care about parking. We wanted to relax all day and sleep and watch tv . Could here the TV in our room
