Love the Embassy Suites! If you are going to an event at the Amway Center, this is the place to stay! Complimentary Happy Hour before hand, walked to and from the venue, had a great nights sleep and a Fabulous Complimentary Breakfast.

How do i start this... the reason for the rating is not for the rooms but for the horrible service we got. We stayed here as a Hilton honors member for a concert near the area. Check in was smooth, the room was amazing. We decided to use valet for $20 dollars and some change we thought it was good deal( FYI you can park literally across the street for $17 bucks). Anyway we had a great time at the concert and when we got back to the hotel we needed to get some things from the the car. I’m telling when we saw the valet pulling forward with the car, we were in shock! The whole bottom side of the car was scratched and dented and the rims were as well. We told the valet what happened to the car? He looked at us with a blank face and handed us a report and told us to fill it out. He didn’t want to talk to us and he made us park our own car and he said that they will waive out parking fee.... like what the hell happened to the car and why aren’t they being more sympathetic or at least showing some sort of remorse!! I tried to inform the agent Dean/ Dane forgot his name... he told us “oh they’re a third party company, we don’t deal with them”. I get that Dean but as an overnight supervisor you are responsible for the issues that happen in the hotel while you’re on duty. When we were checking out we over herd another guest complaining about valet stealing money from their vehicle. We need them to take action and fix the car, not good the way they handled this situation.
