This was my first stay and an Embassy Suites. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and were very efficient in the check-in process. They were even helpful in advising me about the rewards program and was able to walk me through step-by-step to join up and then was able to post my stay into my rewards program.

The room was exceptional and very clean. No issues at all with the room. The complementary reception in the evening was very nice and a well stocked bar. The breakfast buffet was very good with a very good selection of food and the short-order cook was very pleasant and quick with the food orders.

The front desk staff made sure to acknowledge each and every time I went through the lobby giving me a feeling of being appreciated and at home even though I was far from it.

I will be looking up Embassy Suites to stay again.

The hotel was not managed well. They did not have basic items (e.g., deodorant, limited # of food items) to provide or purchase, rooms were unclean, appliances in the rooms were not working, meeting rooms extremely cold (took nearly 2 hours for someone to turn up the temperature in the room).
