Arrived on Sunday only to be told that there were no rooms ready. Housekeeping was still working on the rooms. They asked for my phone # to call me when a room was available. I left and went to Pizzeria Uno across the street. I did not receive a call for when the room was ready. When I returned I inquired about my room and was able to get it.
Second, the outlets on the nightstand did not work. I asked them to replace them. They came back with a long extension cord. I explained why that would not work. They fixed the issue properly the next day.
I returned to my hotel room the next day. It was boiling hot in the room. Obviously the air conditioner was not working. They sent two people late at night to work the problem. They were in my room for 45 minutes. They didn't leave until well after 9pm at night. It was fixed but didn't help me trying to get some sleep.
The next morning I needed my clothes laundered because I have been traveling. I dropped them off before 7:30 am. I asked if I would have them back that day because I needed same day service. They said yes as long as they were dropped off before 9am. Here I am at 9:00 pm and no clothes. I called down to the front desk only to have the person at the desk tell me there was nothing they could do. They said the guy usually stops off at 6 pm and didn't show up. They then said there was nothing they could do because the vendor is a third party contractor. I told them that it was their responsibility to which the person at the front desk said: "I don't like the way you are talking to me". I asked to speak to a manager and she said that I could come down to the front desk and speak to a manager. I asked to speak to a manager immediately to which she hung up.
News Flash! After speaking to a manager, it turns out the clothes were delivered to another hotel. This is ridiculous. They are now tracking down my clothes.
I am done with Hilton hotels over this issue. I have been a long-time Hilton Honors member. No more! Guests do not need to be treated badly.

There was a power outage when we arrived and we were told to come back in a few hours. No alternate arrangements were offered. The parking system did not function properly. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a large assortment. The Manager's Reception is nice but the food offered is not great (granted it is complementary so you can't complain too much).
