Not treated well at all!

We booked a room here to be with my son for the weekend as he was staying nearby this hotel downtown. On our way we get a call from the hotel saying they overbooked and were moving us to another one of their hotels and told us it was downtown as well. Well it was not! It was almost 2 miles from downtown where my family was staying. Had to depend on shuttles and driving instead of walking as we were supposed to be downtown. Although they didnt charge for the room it pretty much tuined our stay here in Saratoga.

You can see it is quite genuine and not forced at all. The value for what you receive is surely here at this property and no other hotels in the area can compare
