As a Lifetime Diamond Honors member I stay at a good deal of properties so I see the good, bad and indifferent. This property continues to decline in level of service, management engagement and involvement in resolving problems. I stopped staying with my family due to the problems encountered with the sports teams which are there every Holiday weekend and most weekends throughout the year. The management is disengaged and allows these groups to run amok. It is quite evident they are only interested in the money it brings in and not the well being of the other guests. On recent stays for business the management including guest services were totally disinterested in dealing with issues they could control and correct. Promises were made and never followed up on. Even when I reached out to a Senior Mgr at Crescent Hotels who owns the property not even the courtesy of a reply. It should be noted that I have been a loyal guest for almost 10 years at this property so I have a good view of the continued decline. One continued gem is Brenda who works at the bar. She always greets me with a smile and welcomes me back like a member of her family. This was a primary reason I did continue to return. I am now re-evaluating where I stay in the general area as the constant disappointing stays are not worth the effort.

Trash left in both living room and bedroom next to nightstand from previous guest. Countertop around sink dirty. Pubic hairs in and around shower. I'm not confident I slept on clean sheets. I did not eat breakfast...I wasn't sure the plates and cutlery would be clean and I felt absolutely filthy dirty and just wanted out.
Eden at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.
