We checked in and the room they put us in 407 was HORRIBLE!!! The furniture was filthy and it smelled like cigarette smoke. We finally had to go to the front desk and speak with the manager Colby because the room was also filled with roaches crawling out of the sinks. Colby apologizes and put us in another room 601 that was nice but our first night was a total waste of time and money. A whole night spent with roaches and a cigarette smoke filled room and Colby said he would take off the resort fee which was $19.99. We showed Colby the pictures and a video of baby roaches crawling every where (pics below). I was totally disappointed with Embassy Suites and The Hilton Brand that they would think $19.99 would make up for a HORRIBLE stay at what is supposed to be a Great luxury Hotel with great amenities. We are totally and completely done with this Embassy Suites!!!

Very nice. Check in was smooth. Check out took a little longer than expected. I did not want to be disturbed and the staff complied. The suite was very nice. I had plenty of room to spread my computer and papers. The complimentary internet was rather unpredictable,, but I paid for the Kingston Resort internet and it worked fine.
