The hotel is situated near the Turkey Creek area, which is a popular dining and shopping destination. The hotel is located directly off the Interstate 40 in a convenient location for travelers. These rooms are also available in accessible room and allergy friendly types, as well.

1 King Premium Studio
This has all the same amenities and features of the 1 King Bed Studio Suite, but is located on a floor with access to the refreshment center. The refreshment center is stocked with drinks and snacks for your convenience and comfort. Premium rooms also feature Keurig coffee brewers stocked with K-cups.

2 Queens 2 Room Suite
This is the perfect room for those traveling with larger groups and needing more space. This room features two queen beds in a separate sleeping area. In the living area, there is a sectional sofa sleeper, workstation with complimentary Wi-Fi access, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave, and a large bathroom. This suite has two 42-inch flat-screen TVs for convenience. These rooms come in allergy-friendly and accessible rooms, as well.

1 King Premium 2 Room Suite
The basics of this room are similar to that of the 1 King 2 Room Suite, but with access to the refreshment center stocked with snacks and drinks for your convenience. The premium suites are also equipped with a Keurig coffee brewer.

2 Queens Premium 2 Room Suite
This offers the same room and amenities as the 2 Queens 2 Room Suite, but upgraded with a Keurig coffee brewer and outfitted with K-cups. Those staying on premium floors are also granted access to the refreshment center that is stocked with snacks and drinks for comfort and convenience.

Indoor Pool/Sauna
The indoor pool, sauna and whirlpool are great ways for families to spend evenings together and relax after a hectic travel day or a day out and about on the town. The indoor pool area is kept warm and clean. Towels are stocked for guest use, but they tend to run out so call the front desk if they need to be refreshed. The sauna is located just around the corner from the pool, adjacent to the whirlpool. The heated indoor pool ranges in depth from 3 feet to 5 feet, and the whirlpool is 3 feet in depth. Pool hours are from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Complimentary Cooked-to-Order Breakfast
Families will love the complimentary cooked-to-order hot breakfast. Just around the corner from the lobby and adjacent to Flying Spoons Restaurant, you will find a large appointed dining area. Every morning breakfast is served and includes many choices and options. Cold cereal, fruit, pastries, bagels and yogurts, as well as hot choices such as bacon, potatoes, sausage and an omelette bar that is made to order, are all available. Children will love all the delicious toppings available for oatmeal, including marshmallows, chocolate chips, M&Ms and more. Drinks offered are coffee, tea, juice, milk and soft drinks.

The hours for breakfast are Monday through Friday 6 to 9:30 a.m. and Saturday and from 7 to 10.

The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport, located about 35 minutes from the hotel. This airport is a regional airport and is serviced by regional jets from most major carriers several times a day.

If coming in by car, this hotel is located right off of Interstate 40, making it a convenient choice for those traveling in regionally.

Getting Around
Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville West is located about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville. Depending on the type of attractions and activities families would like to participate in, a car is necessary to get around. There are no shuttle services from the Embassy Suites.

There is a bus stop located about half a mile from the hotel in Windsor Square. It would take about an hour and a half to get from the hotel to downtown using public transportation with transfers, though.
