Older hotel that could use some updates

Check in was a poor experience. It was quick and easy if that's what your hoping for. No information at all about amenities, room location, or services offered. Just given a key and my hilton honors water bottles. The hotel is really showing its age.

overall stay was ok, but a # of small issues added up to some disappointment

hotel and rooms are worn and need to be updated. numerous small mechanical issues around the hotel: ice machine, juice machine in breakfast area. in the rooms - carpet, paint and cleaniness of vents could use some attention. service was average at best.
