stayed for a soccer tournament.
hotel staff yelled and "high fived" each other after Bullying 13 year old boys for being too loud.
Also, asked night before for a small bag of snacks before a game since the kitchen wasn't open and told us no because it had to be requested two days prior.
hotel was night though.

An amazing stay. Becky and staff were simply wonderful. Everything was first class, breakfast was great. We choose Embassy Suits whenever possible and this property dis not disappoint. We would recommend this property for business or pleasure.
