Overview

What’s not to love about this downtown Baton Rouge hotel? There’s the free breakfast and evening reception with free beverages and snacks. There’s an indoor swimming pool where the kids can swim year-round. And, of course, every guestroom is a two-room suite with separate living room and bedroom, plus a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The hotel even offers a complimentary airport shuttle.

We stayed one night in order to take a break in the middle of trip. The hotel looks quite good but the room is old and smelly and extremely noisy. You can't fall asleep the whole
night.
The website said breakfast from 6 but in fact is 7. We are not the only one eat early.
Avoid here and find another one.

From a Hilton Diamond Member:
Please stay in any other Hilton member hotel in Baton Rouge besides this one. Poor attitude, slow service, slow elevators and no concern for business travelers that might have a schedule requiring sleep at non normal hours. You also will experience a “crap shoot” as to what loud repairs or construction is going on next or above your room as this will not be revealed at check in but rather once you are awaken by the disturbance.
In over four years of traveling to Baton Rouge, I have finally decided not to give this hotel or its staff any more “tries”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. If you do stay better also be aware they charge you for parking in an large open lot per their new policy.
Stay at the Double Tree next door. That hotel is 1000% better along with its staff.
