My friend booked two rooms for both of us. Due to personal impediment (family emergency), i had to shorten my trip in NY. We contacted the hotel, they did not care, no refund possible.
Ok, I asked my friend to take both rooms, as we were three, and paid for both. But they cancelled the room anyway ! WTF ?!
I would recommend to avoid this kind of staff that is not concerned about customer satisfaction.
