Nice little hotel, very clean , beds are comfy,it's few block from the beach, you can walk to the ferry and the 5th ave. I recommend, we only went to sleep because most of the time we were exploring ..

This is round the corner from everything you need in playa del carmen, close to 5th Avenue, close to the bus station, the collectives and the ferry. In the room we had a big bed, a fridge, microwave etc, a tv and an en suite bathroom. The WiFi is ok but maybe if you were downloading it might struggle. The cleaners come every day and it’s comfortable with everything you need. There’s an outdoor pool which we didn’t use. It’s a nice place, a bit basic but fine for us. For the price we will definitely come back here.
