Was happy to find that there was “room @ the Inn” when we inquired as to the possibility of spending the night there. Attractive, set up from the main road into Bar Harbor it appealed to us as a quaint place where you can drive and park right in front of the room. We were delighted to learn they were open (but planning on closing on the weekend for the season) and secured a room in Bldg. 3 Room 50...end room with a roomy king sized bed, comphy chairs and a GREAT shower! Had we allowed more time we would have stayed there an additional night!

This is an older hotel but kept clean and very comfortable bed. Excellent location--right on the main highway into Bar Harbor but before all the congestion. It was quiet and had a nice place to sit outside of the room.
