Eden Condominiums is one of the fine gems of Florida’s Perdido Key. The property is in an ideal location; far enough away from all the tourist traffic, but only minutes from all the restaurants, shops and attractions in and around the Key.

This 170-room beachfront property offers guests their selection of one- to three-bedroom luxury condominiums, all with picturesque views of the beautiful turquoise ocean and snow-white beach. Units come with modern furnishings in a variety of different setups, made to accommodate anywhere from one or two people to families of six and above. Units also include a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi Internet, flat-panel TV’s and DVD players. Some of the more lavish units come with indoor Jacuzzis, wraparound private balconies, full wet bars and more.

And for guests who get tired of swimming in the beautiful Gulf waters, the property also has two pools (one with three waterfalls!), a kiddie pool and two Jacuzzis.

Onsite dining includes the properties poolside cafe, which serves breakfast and lunch, as well as ice cold drinks to parched vacationers on hot, sunny days.

Beautiful pool!

I just spent my first time in Perdido Key at the Eden Condominiums. I was impressed with the pool and staff! The days I spent at the ocean were nothing short of amazing. The water was clear and not too cold. Our "cabana boy" done an awesome job during our week there (I believe his name was Jonah). I will be back!

Maybe it was the unit we rented

We felt that the place was in need of serious cleaning and repairs. There was mold by the drains on the main outside hallway on our floor. The same for the balcony on our unit. A good power washing would clean that up. The unit itself had been "updated" but not professionally. You could see the details of the ceiling where the popcorn had been scraped off and texture and paint added by someone trying to do the job quickly. The closet had a panel off with exposed wires, and the tile grout was multi-colored, not in a good way. The beach is outstanding. The pool is great. And the staff did an excellent job of welcoming us.
