Great value for budget traveler

Great value for budget traveler. Courteous staff , very helpful in holding reservation. clean no frills room for a one night stay. Great location on edge of town near lake.
Easy parking with ground and second floor units.

One night stay with friends

Not sure what to say here. They are trying to renovate. It did provide us a place to shower and sleep but the place is pretty rough. I had a renovated or partially renovated room. It was hard to tell. I would at least wait until the renovations are done and then see for yourself. From what I could see, even after renovations it would be at best a 2 1/2 start place.
