Charming and very perfect rooms.

We turned up at the Eccleston Square Hotel without having made a booking and were shown to a gem of a room by the charming reception staff.
Not huge, the room is packed with details to make your stay more pleasant. Every feature from the adjustable and fantastically comfortable beds, to the bathrooms worked beautifully, and it is clear no expense has been spared. Understated but very tasteful interior design and just a delight. Benjamin on the front desk completed the faultless stay. Well done and thank you ! Located in a quiet part of town but only a brief stroll from Sloane Square.

I am an international travel and I travel business and personal. The attentiveness of the staff was amazing. Their promptness of service and attention of detail impressed me. The customer care was evident in every detail as well. Larissa, receptionist, was very attentive and even helped me with inquiries about things to do. Nuno helped me check-in and helped me rearrange the room to my needs. Also, the room service was extremely prompt. They would bring me tea whenever I needed, which was pleasant. The decor was so beautiful as well. Stefan was attentive when he brought the room service.
