For the price, this hotel misses the mark in several ways. Instead of trying so hard to be technologically advanced, they should spend more time on customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get the information about the parking garage as I'm sure they would rather you spend a slightly higher amount and use the valet. The lights worked intermittently and even shut completely off a few times while I was in the room. The elevators are tricky since you use your room key and get an elevator "assigned" to you. You have no options to push specific floors once in the elevator. What was really surprising was the lack of a regular refrigerator in the room; it's not for lack of space. The beds were not comfortable and the area with the table and bench had no outlets so you couldn't easily work there. There isn't any privacy for the bathroom & shower. I could not get the phone to work so went downstairs to inquire about room service. Instead of helping me place an order right there at the front desk (good customer service), they told me how I could go back up to my room (29 floors) and call them and THEY would put me through to in room dining (bad customer service). I ultimately gave up and went out to eat. Too many issues for the price, especially given the horrible traffic downtown.
