We won’t be back. Not dog (or people) friendly at all. Cabin smelled. Rv spaces unlevel. Worst KOA experience in 15 yrs of traveling. There is a full page of don’t rules. Maybe a good place to stay if you want to just stay in your camper, don’t have small kids or dogs, only have 1 vehicle and drive it from your site to/from exit.

I would not recommend this park. The owner Brandy is nice until you have a problem and she turns quickly. The advertise WiFi but the first day and night we could not even get on. I went to office the next day and asked if I can change my reservation one night short and she refused. Unlike most KOA she will not refund or let you change. She also went on to say she just spent big money on new WiFi and told me my equipment was not good enough. VERY RUDE!! In my motor home I have a $2,000 IMAC, New $1300 iPad Pro. Kids have iPads, iPhones and my wife has an android phone. I don’t know what she expects but there is not much better devices I can buy. If she cared or had any knowledge of customer service she would have apologized and sent someone to check but I no one ever followed up. They must have rebooted the next day and it worked a little better but expect to work online you will be disappointed.
The guy that came around to pick up trash was very nice. You would think the owner would care about the guests but not here but they will soak you for all they can!
It is the most expensive park I have visited at over $100 per night. It is new and very clean but nothing to do. If you have kids they will be bored in the first hour. Unlike many KOAs the only kids activity is they plray a movie nightly that no one watches. Toddler playground was under construction. If you want value or a good kids park don’t waste your time here.
We left and went to FUN Valley 2.5 hours away and want a difference. All staff was super nice, it was 10x the size and lots for kids to do at almost 1/2 the price.
