Good Location to 'Old Town' Activities

As 'budget motels' go, this is fine. The modest improvements you hope for are all here, and the staff keeps it clean. The selling point here is it's location to the 'hip' old town area. An easy 10 minute walk, or, as I did during my stay an easy 5 minute bike ride to breweries, entertainment, food and the beautiful river parks.

Good basic place

We needed an inexpensive and sage place to stay for 3 nights and this was it. The building isn't much to look at but the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The mattress was new and the bedding was clean. The shower was huge for a motel with large fluffy towels. No breakfast, but a Black Bear Diner just across the street.
