My husband and I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves and just had a one night stay and I decided to write a review this time! This hotel is perfect. It's a cool building in a great location at a reasonable price. The hotel is clean, breakfast is warm and with lots of options (complimentary for guests). The Italian restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All the things you want your hotel to be. But let me tell you about the people. I expect that employees who are helping me to be polite and helpful at a bare minimum. The employees here seem genuinely happy to be working here. Particularly during this last stay. Every one we came across was not just polite and helpful, but genuinely kind, funny, personable, happy, interested in what we needed, gave us prompt attention, and just seemed completely devoted to doing their job right 100% of the time. I don't know if their work culture is just THAT good or if they just found ALL the right people, but both my husband and I immediately upon checking out today said to each other that that was a really great stay, particularly because of the people. Like all Drury's, it was clean and comfortable. Parking was reasonable as well. Good location and as always, it had very helpful and polite staff. It had some nice amenities, pool, hot tub, 2 drinks @5 PM as well as appetizers. I think all Drury's do this. Nice and quiet. Can walk to Union station easily.
