Room were very nice, we booked a 1 bedroom with pull out couch, plenty of room for 4 people. The walls are a little thin so you can hear people in the next room or talking outside....it didn't bother us though.
Our room was on the ground level which was right next to the walkway that leads to the beach. Went to the beach yoga class in the morning which was very fun and relaxing. The gym is a nice size with equipment for a total body workout. 5 minute drive to town and local restaurants. Will definitely be back next year!

I booked a weekday trip away from NYC for some much needed rest and relaxation. Keep in mind that I stayed at the Driftwood post-Labor Day, so much of the action you'd normally find out in Montauk had already passed.

Using HotelTonight, I found a pretty great deal for a studio at Driftwood that fit all my needs: something with direct beach access, a pool, and, well, that's it.

I only ended up using the pool once, but it was nice.

Room was great. Updated kitchen/bathroom, with a spacious living area. My unit was facing the dunes, but there are ocean-front properties available.

Tom was a great team member who helped check me in quickly, even while helping out a few other folks who needed help with streaming Netflix in their room.

Driftwood is located approximately 16 minutes to Montauk Point State Park, and about 5 minutes to Lunch and the Clam Bar. There isn't any food available on-site, and neither is there a bar, but that's all within reasonable distance by car. Might take a little longer on bike, so plan accordingly, as not all shops will operate during summer hours.

Would highly recommend this place in the off-season if you're looking for something low-key and chill. I'll be back! ⛱
