So here are some real time reviews as I am at the resort as we speak. So to begin with yes the check in takes long they have three desks and it takes some time. Not so much a problem for me as we were excited to be here. The resort is beautiful and well kept, the beach is amazing and all the employees are very friendly. My review on the food not bad, I'm not a foodie so it's not a big thing for me. I have eaten at the sea side gril thought it was good, ate at the Japanese restaurant and that was good and entertaining. We went to the Flying fish today for lunch and the food was good, but the service not so much I had to search around for some one to help us and then they forgot my daughters meal so we all ate our food and waited and waited and then I ask someone else for help and then they rushed it over to us. The rooms are very nice but our bathroom sink has been clogged since I got here, not a big deal but I let the cleaning crew know and it's still clogged today. Not sure why but all the bars serve cold red wine? I upgraded to preferred and I am on the fence about it right now, didn't get the little amenities and don't see the advantages outside of the upgraded room. So three days in and I would say it's ok, the resort is not overly priced and for what we got I see value here. Overall we are not very picky people. If you have any questions ask away. I will right a review at the end of our trip as well
