We stayed 2 nights for a quick get-away to see family. Not much else available. The rooms are above adverage for price for the Key's. free continental breakfast ok. The grounds and buildings need work. Had trouble with elevators doors not always closing, requiring to use stairs. Place is very noisy in am, they are remodeling some rooms and constructon lasts from 9am untill around 5pm also if you are on 2nd floor you hear almost everything above on 3rd floor. Parking is a big issue, need to be better explained where to park when covered parking is full. We had several minor issues with room....The main issue was not having a working bathroom fan. I brought these issues to desk clerk at check-out.(Andrea) She was very nice and offered a refund of some resort fees. I declind. The Head maintenance man was called to office to talk to me. He was very nice and was going to look into issues I expressed. He stated they were working fixing several maintenance issues at Resort Even with issues still would consider staying there for short stay. Hope gets better in future.

The very best place that we stayed at so far. We loved the private outside balcony with beautiful breezes and listening to reggae music below. The room was very bright and clean and the staff very friendly too. Immaculate pool and jacuzzi we would be back again in a heart beat !!
