The staff was very nice... the hotel stay had to comped because when we first got into the room and my daughter jumped on a wet bed due to the leak coming from the ceiling. She was instantly soaked. I have pictures of the incident. We reserved an ocean view room but due to a needing a different room because of water damage , we ended up with a view of the canal and freeway. The hallway on the second floor smelled like raw sewage on our way back to the room right after we had an excellent breakfast.
When I went to take a shower and turned the faucet on, hundreds of black gnats came out of the faucet. Very gross.... I have photos.
The AC unit was so noisy it woke me up
every time it turned on through the night.

Also, I was told that I would be given an ocean view room on my second night but we were never moved. Not acceptable.

Great location but not impressed with the stay.

I attended a five-day training that was held at this location and the hotel was recommended for accommodations during the week. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. I used our department's hybrid electric vehicle and the staff wen out of their way to accommodate the charging of the vehicle inside the parking garage so that I would not have to wait off-site. The quality of service was consistent with every staff that assisted me during my stay.
