Amazing Customer Service

Checked into a standard room for 3 nights for a work trip. The rooms are clean, modern and well stocked.

We received really amazing customer service from MELISSA at the front desk. She heard it was my husband's birthday and she sent up a gift and a card to the room. They also helped me sneak in a birthday cake without my husband knowing. Very much appreciated! Thank you!

DoubleTree Universal is Number One! we had a fantastic family vacation at Universal Studios and loved our experience with the excellent hotel, great staff, wonderful service and facilities. It is perfectly located for an easy walk to attractions and lends perfectly to the whole experience.
