Great Hotel

by rickyrich440

This hotel by hilton is Excellent choice for the money. Not to expensive but still has everything you need. No complaints, the hotel staff was courteous and helpful, rooms were clean, decent size bar. Definitely spring for the breakfast buffet it's really good not like most hotel food I would eat it daily, and was quite enjoyable!

Weekend visit

While we are pretty much regulars at this hotel every time we get a chance to visit San Antonio, I don't usually have a complaint.
Location is great, rooms and Lobby area are very nice.
However the charge of $20.00 parking has always bothered me, as this hotel is located what I consider just outside of downtown next to UTSA.
I understand the parking fees for those hotels in the heart of the city because of lack of space for parking in an actaul downtown location.
But being charged the $20.00 for having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs in the parking garage is not cool, since their elevator is broken.
I would consider this an inconvenience at least last time we stayed there about a month back they had someone in a golf cart taking you to and from your car.
Just shaking my head a little, because management should have waived this fee during this time of a lack of elevator.
