Centrally located, easy walking distance to The Underground, wonderful restaurants, and several Theatres

Room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities of home. In the restaurant on the main floor was a young man by the name of Yasser who is very friendly and accessible to each patron. He gets walk-ups immediately seated and returns with their drinks post-haste and ensures your cups are "top half full". He was a joy to see each day!

This was our first visit to London. We chose this hotel as we felt it was in a good location for us and we were right. We had set up tours beforehand and found we could walk to Westminster Abbey, Churchill’s War Museum, Big Ben and Parliament. We were also close to Thames River. The Concierge services were excellent. Because of the long touring days, we chose to eat dinner at the hotel. Another excellent choice,. Breakfast buffet was included and that too was excellent.
