Very clean rooms, but had a lot of issues with checking in and out

They were having issues with their system during check in so it took a lot longer than normal and several attempts on the computer with ultimately writing down our info on a piece of paper to get keys to our room. The front desk staff seemed very frustrated, as were we. We also had a surprise charge at the end of our stay. It was from another guest who charged their breakfast tip to our room. They said they’d take care of it (again, took a while to figure that out.) We still have the charge showing on our bank, hopefully it’ll be taken care of soon.

Rude and Arrogant

The woman running the restaurant, and the front desk manager, were as rude and arrogant as we've experienced in many years. We will NEVER stay there again, and I would recommend others steer clear of the SAV Airport DoubleTree
