doubletree by hilton business trip

OK hotel but major construction next door made it very uncomfortable the whole visit. My hotel status was ignored by reception staff and they did not tell us where the handicapped parking was nd we had to pay 30 dollars extra.

Room did not cool off

The a/c blew hot air and the room did not cool off (lowest setting was 68 degrees but it felt like 74). Be careful, there are 2 Doubletrees 1.5 miles apart and of course we went to the wrong one. $29 parking fee was excessive.
