I asked for a fridge for my room. Someone brought a fridge but the hotel staff member didnt say anything when he delivered the fridge. He knocked on the door, I opened the door, and he just wheeled the fridge in tge room, plugged it in, and left. No hello, no communication, nothing. I left my room for several hours. When I returned, I saw bugs in the room. I reported the problem to the hotel staff, and they put me in another room. The customer service from the staff was so nonchalant. Overall the guest rooms in this hotel is very outdated, unclean, and dark. I will not stay at this hotel again.

This is an older hotel that is well maintained. The restaurant food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is near good shopping and other restaurants, and plenty of parking at the hotel.
