The hotel was nice and modern. The entire building was very clean. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area! Highly recommend this hotel!

We held a 3-day conference for 100 at the Doubletree this week. From the owner of the hotel, to the banquet staff, to the maintenance staff, the customer service was superior. My colleagues commented that they had never been in a hotel with better customer service and attention to guests. Over the course of the week, the front desk staff delivered Gatorade for an ill colleague, a maintenance staff member who happened to be on my floor let me in my room (he confirmed identity) so that I didn't need to go back downstairs to get my key fixed, the banquet staff mobilized to provide a bar for us for our dinner that had not been on our original agreement, and I could go on. Deztynee Diaz, Assistant Banquet Manager, served as our bartender for our last-minuted add-on of service, and did so with an amazing attitude and a "of course I would do this for a guest" spirit. We were blown away. Kudos for the culture that Mr. Craig Poole fosters at his hotel. I am proud that my company partners with this hotel for out of town guests to our businesses in Reading. THANK YOU!!
