The kids will always be able to swim and play. Being greeted with the hotel’s signature chocolate chip cookie is also delicious for the kids. The spacious and comfortable guestrooms and suites feature king or double beds, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and flat screen television. Additionally, the suites feature a sleeper sofa. Not impressed with hotel or staff

Stayed here over the weekend and it was a huge disappointment! Staff was unfriendly and not helpful ! Smoke alarm battery needed replaced and started beeping at 2 am disrupting sleep. This should be a regular maintenance item that is taken care of. Towels were not replaced! Not clean! Toilet was not secured and wabbled. The facility was not clean, cockroaches in elevator. Need I go on? When I brought up just a few of these issues there was no sense of empathy. In fact the front desk started to argue about it. Will not stay here again! I would not recommend this hotel!!

Magic Not Only Happens at Disney!

From the time we checked in, until the day we left, everything service and accommodation in this hotel was 5-star! I felt like I was the only guest, as the registration staff was attentive until everything was done. The guest rooms were clean...the warm cookies were great...the restaurant and gift shop were the best!
