Location is in lower Manhatten near Wall Street and Ferry, 40 + stories of rooms, have 3 small elevators that are slow, I mean turtle like. Stairs are an option, I guess, for the super healthy. Rooms are small, bathrooms small, not great views.

One of the worst hotel experiences in my lift (if not the worst). Had to wait almost 10 minutes all the time to get in to an elevator. day before our checking out the room was not even cleaned. and when i was in the bathroom a lady just came in to clean the room after i complained at 6pm!!!! The front desk was very rude specially the 2 ladies at the time of departure. I couldn't believe after charging more than 200 dollars per night and having the Hilton name the level of the hotel was unbelievably bad. I will think not twice but so many times before choosing another double tree.
