Best Hotel on Bay!

Birthday trip to Miami. Guest Services staff TAMARA and DIAMOND made our stay and my birthday SO AWESOME. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel in a great location on the bay and offers everything you need. Thanks again for a great stay.

Stayed before a cruise

The A/C can't be lower you have no control. Very hot all night. Check in was 4pm but was delayed until 30 minutes later because of not enough help. Paid top dollar should be able to be comfortable. Temperature was set at 70F and could not be lowered!
