Visit to Istanbul

This hotel is located in the old City area. It is about 30 minutes from the airport, good highway connects once you leave the old city area. This was booked for us by our package tour guide Euphrates Tours. Surprise it was the best location one could have chosen on their own. Small but tidy hotel with almost all amenities for a traveler; even left our large bags when we had to visit other places and stay overnight out of Istanbul. The service from the front door to breakfast to free tea to leaving was excellent. The best part was the hotel is just 10 minutes from the major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Sophia and other attractions. The area is crowded with good restaurants and shops for purchase. Just book and enjoy; breakfast was included. We walked to most places nearby including the old market.

Nice hotel with amazing location

Dosso Dossi Hotel, Sultanahmet, Istanbul is located close to many of the must see sites such as Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar.
There are many wonderful Resturants in the area.
The rooms are comfortable but a little on the small side. The hotel breakfast is excellent with many choices including a fresh juice maker and if you happen to be in the Hotel between 5-6 pm there is complimentary tea,coffee and croissants. The hotel also has a spa - unfortunately, I did not have time to try it.
