Beautiful hotel, disappointing breakfast

Room was beautiful, chic and modern. Very nice lobby and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is good. It's very the subway and only a 6mins walk to the big Westfield mall.
Breakfast buffet was a disappointment however. Firstly, the buffet was in a strange environment. It was in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. And the next most ridiculous thing was they charge an extra £3.80 for a cappuccino during the buffet breakfast. Surely the hotel can afford a coffee machine to dispense espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino etc... Breakfast spread was average and the fruits selection were very limited. Will definitely skip the hotel's buffet breakfast in future.

Not up to the expected level

Good and friendly reception. Dirty carpets in the rooms. Needs more guidance in the type of food served. It’s not international hotel. It’s more Chinese sort of Servcie culture , even the breakfast limited to some Chinese foods .
