Yet another amazing stay in this hotel. This is wheelchair friendly and the room was just perfect. This is the only Disney hotel I will stay at due to the ease of park access and the amazing verandah room. The bed is the right height and so comfortable. The bathroom has an excellent toilet and it is the right height with the correct handle to support you. Please don’t change this design when you refurbish the hotel. The bath was inaccessible to me but that did not spoil my short break. The staff looked after you so well and the breakfast was excellent. I will be back next August. Can not wait to return !

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms need updating, even though it is charming, the hotel is feeling a little dated.
We loved the character dinner at Inventions, not cheap but we felt it was worth the expense due to the character interaction, which was brilliant. The pool area is fine, with a reasonable sized pool, but I would imagine in peak season it would be very crowded. The bedrooms should have a lock on the minibars. As soon as you get something out you get charged, the minibar is within easy reach of children. Unfortunately, something went ‘missing’ from our room, the explanation we were given was that it had probably been thrown away by mistake! We did get reimbursed but it did leave a pretty sour taste with us. But overall, we enjoyed our four nights here. The location is great, everything is extremely expensive within the hotel but at the end of the day you are paying for where you are. We would return, but probably not until the hotel has been refurbed.
