There’s so much to do at this full-service resort that families may never have to leave the property… except to check out. Of course, guests can relax directly on the beach or alongside one of the beachfront swimming pools. Kids not only will love the beach and pools, but also the Dip+Slide, a splashpad with two waterslides, a dumping bucket, water cannons and water sprayers. Beach chairs and activities are available, including Jet Ski rentals, kayaking and paddle boarding. Plus, kids ages 4 to 12 can participate in a number of activities through the kids’ club, and families can enjoy the tennis center, 18-hole golf course, sailing and pontoon boat charters and rentals, and more. As the largest resort in Broward County, the property features 10 dining options, from casual, outdoor poolside dining to upscale, ocean view dining. The hotel also contains 1,100 rooms and suites on 39 floors with views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and downtown Hollywood. The resort charges a daily resort fee that includes four beach chairs per day, transportation to and from golf, non-motorized water sports, basic in-room Wi-Fi and two bottles of water at arrival.

Loved this hotel! You walk thru the doors and its lite and airy. Lots of soft seating and a bar that backs up to the back wall. There are 3 restaurants on site and an outdoor area that serves food by the pool. Restaurants and drinks were just a little to pricey. The rooms were nice and clean. Only downfall was that the rooms that had 2 beds were double bed, which is a little tight. Overall the room was great. It had a balcony with a great view of the ocean The pools were beautiful. Loved that you can face the Ocean and see thru the glass wall. Everyone was so pleasant. Wonderful staff. Hats off to Dan the Man at the pool, walking around taking drink/food orders and vey personable. Ryan Chuck at the beach area was awesome! Very kind and helpful. Set up our cabana with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Asked if we needed anything as he went around and checked on the area. Joseph at Concierge was top notch! So knowledgeable and helpful with what do, where to go, etc. He was on the money with it all! It truly was a wonderful 5 days away. It was easy enough to grab a Uber. Went to South Beach, which was about 40 minutes away to eat and shop. Las Olas Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale was about 30 away.with great restaurants. Check out Louie Bossi. Great Place! Fun Gastropub in downtown Hollywood -The Tipsy Boar. Hollywood Beach Broadwalk area - Ocean Alley Restaurant and Beach Bar - Great breakfast with a nice view of the ocean!
Overall I give this place 2 thumbs up. Can't wait to go back!

Very disappointing! Maybe the treatment was due to us having our two young grandkids with us. I would say this is not a resort, it is a business meeting hotel. I would also disagree that it is a four diamond not even a three diamond hotel. The front desk was very rude and sarcastic, if you asked the simplest of questions. We are diamond members and have been for many years and we checked in online App and received an upper floor but when we checked in at the front desk we were given a lower floor in a different room. When we asked the person checking us in about that she just answered "no you didn’t" we had it on our app but still a very rude "no you didn’t" nothing else. We had reservations for four people double bed room. When we checked into the room we found two towels no washcloths and no hand towel a coffee maker but no coffee cups or glasses in the room. The next day we got up and headed out to spend a day at the pool. Before we left there was a knock on the door and the maid wanted to make up the room, so we said just a moment and headed out as she was still standing there and headed down to the pool when we got back to our room later that afternoon the room had not been made up at all. We called down and told them the room wasn’t made up and went down for dinner, returning to the room hours later the room had still not been made up it took another call and finally had somebody there at 8:30pm to make up the room provide clean towels. One comment that I would make about the service and the hotel is that everything comes with an automatic 18% gratuity added. I don’t mind the amount, but it changes the level of service. In this case dramatically, The staff was not friendly or courteous. This hotel does not respect or care about their customers. I will say the bellman that handled our bags and the staff at the hotel store was very nice and helpful.
