We have just stayed here for a second time, four years after our last visit and still love it! The staff are so friendly, genuine and accommodating, the day spa treatments are top notch and the pool is beautiful. We stay in a villa with private pool as like to have the space and option to swim alone and the room is to a high standard. We did notice the resort has dated a tad from wear and tear but that’s expected and easily fixed. The hotel is always cleaned to a very high standard. You also couldn’t get a better location, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and a 2 min walk from the beach! We will definitely be back again, thanks to all the staff!

We stayed 5 nights, the location is perfect walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops and malls.
The staff are nice and very friendly.
We also rented a bike from the reception to move around we took the scoopy more than enough
I read about the nearby pub's noise, it is true but not everyday and it is not the hotel's fault. Mainly on weekends the Sea Vu Play next door plays loud music very high bass along with an entertainer that yells to the microphone (horrible) you feel dumdumdum in your head, I never went to the pub so cant give a review on that, but they are annoying and could play music in a little less annoying way!
The stay in the hotel was nice we took a private villa with pool we enjoyed our stay.
I am giving a rating 4 because of the running water in the villa, it was kind of salty, not cool when you are brushing your teeth.
The music issue can be avoided just plan your stay during week days not weekends.
