We hosted a three-day meeting here and also had several sleeping rooms. First, the good. Our "red coat" banquet person, Alex, was by far the most professional person I've dealt with in more than 20 years of meetings. She was able to anticipate almost every need, and took care of a few small hiccups in minutes. The evening host in the concierge lounge was lovely. It was like coming home from work to your family. And though the restaurant menu is very limited, those folks are great. Special thanks to Tammy who had to manage us for three nights! She was great. The not so good - there was a problem with our billing that we've been trying to fix for the better part of a week to no avail. (The front desk people really tried to help but ultimately it is a sales department problem.) The worst, I left a cosmetic bag in my room and realized it a few hours after leaving. I called, they said they would check and...nothing. So I don't know if I am more upset that they have a guest who stole it or a member of housekeeping who somehow thought it belonged to them.
