This unique dome-shaped B&B feels as big as Alaska with soaring ceilings, huge square and triangle windows, and spacious rooms that are perfect for a family. The largest of the guestrooms, Room 4, has a queen bed and two twin beds. It can connect to a room next door to give you a king bed as well. The large, airy room has 10-foot ceilings, log furniture and a chandelier, plus a newly remodeled bathroom with a heated tile floor. Other amenities include a refrigerator, DVD player and a sauna. Kids will love the common areas of the house, especially the game room stocked with board games, puzzles, books and DVDs. Everyone will enjoy the six acres of lawn and gardens surrounding the house. The owners provide a hearty home-cooked breakfast of eggs, pancakes, muffins, cereal, fruit and more.
Located a half-mile off the Parks Highway in the town of Healy, the Denali Dome Home is a welcome break from the crowded resorts and shopping centers around the entrance to Denali National Park. You’ll be 20 minutes from the grandeur of the Denali wilderness and the many activities available there. At the park’s Visitor Center, you can join a ranger-led hike, learn about the park’s wildlife, or set off on a day-long guided bus tour. There are several restaurants within minutes of the B&B, including the family-friendly brewpub, 49th State Brewing Company. Each night you’ll be welcomed back to the Dome Home with freshly baked cookies and a steaming mug of coffee or cocoa. If you’re looking for a unique and friendly place to stay during your big adventure to Denali National Park, the Denali Dome Home B&B is a great choice for your family.

Healy is a few miles outside the bustling tourist town by Denali which is a nice respite from the crowds. The Millers were very accommodating and full of information about the area. The breakfasts were delicious but too late to catch the early buses in Denali.

Two night stop between Anchorage and Fairbanks. Parking is good, building is very interesting and rooms well sized, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were upstairs with a small window over the bed.
Breakfast was good and you could essentially choose what you wanted. Lounge area with huge picture windows out to the yard and garden is great.
Hosts Terry and Ann were friendly, although I can see why some reviewers may have had concerns with Terry - he is not the most "out there / in your face" host.
