A disappointing night

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel, but we cancelled another hotel in Guelph to come here, once we read about the agreement with the fitness center/ swimming pool next door.

Traveling with a 15-year old who just finished Lifeguard certification, swimming’s an important bonus! We were given the cards pictured here, and went across to Movati. They refused to let us in, saying the hotel lied and they never allow anyone under 16 inside.

I asked at the front desk upon returning but she said she couldn’t do anything. Read the card- this is false advertising. A disappointing night.

I stayed at this hotel one night last week.Overall it was ok.It was clean and well kept,but lacked atmosphere,and the restaurant was a little depressing.For breakfast I was surprised by how it works there.You have to order everything at the Starbucks on site ,take a number corresponding ,bring your coffee,and they will bring you the food.A little awkward ,but it works.
