The knobs in the bathtub and sink were broken, had to use my pocketknife to ""fix" tub enough it could be turned on. There was no hot water, the room smelled stale and rank. The A/C didn't cool, the room was just plain dirty. I was so glad to have a blanket and pillow from home. I asked to talk to a manager and told they wouldn't be in until Tuesday, Monday was a holiday. It is now Thursday and still haven't heard from them.

I booked this hotel for my guest and wife coming into town. They were traumatized by roaches when the lights were turned out and stayed up all night. The front desk was not answered either.
Management was set on a non-refund. Nasty experience
