We were happy enough with our stay. It was centrally located to what we needed. The room was comfortable enough. The breakfast was disappointing especially for gluten intolerant folks. I had gone online to see the cost.. but it cost 30% more than what was advertised when I checked in. That was a bit frustrating. The clerk was not real informative or open to answer questions. But were happy to have a comfortable room for our stay. It was quiet so we were able to get a good night's rest.

My room had a short set of stairs between the bathroom and the bed, which made going to the bathroom at might a bit of a bother. The desk staff could use some training around how to let people know someone will be with them shortly.
