Stay away!!!

Checked in and went to room. Returned the keys 5 minutes later and asked for a refund. Dried urine on the floor in bathroom, hair everywhere including the bed. Chairs were heavily stained. And there was some splatter on the refrigerator.
The only thing that did work was the air conditioner.
Save yourself a headache and drive past.

How important is the room rate to you?

You can't beat the rate. It was 1/2 of other hotels around the airport. It apparently was a really nice hotel. You can tell from the quality of the rooms, they just aren't maintained and a lot of stuff was just dated or broken. I was surprised at the people hanging around. I did not feel safe. Overall it was ok, especially if you are flying in or out and just need a place to crash.
