My initial room was a small room for handicapped people. Not sure how they expect a wheel chair to get into the room. Was given a larger room with a desk, mini fridge and micro wave. It was clean but the carpet was warn out. Hard to regulate the heat. This hotel is in the middle of a field. Only one light in the parking lot which made it feel unsafe. I had not other choices in Renfrew so had to stay here. Did not do breakfast. It was okay to stay in for the few days.

We spent two night's and I was far from impressed with the service at the front desk , you stand there to ask a question and the lady behind the desk did not once lifet her head to ask if she could help me..I was there at least a good fifteen minutes befor I said do you think you can help me..they have a restaurant attached to the hotel and they told us it is open at all times ,so due to the weather we desided to go have supper there and needless to say the place was closed because they said they are having a large party coming in at six , well we had to go out to eat and when we returned at seven the place was empty and the doors were still locked and at ten pm when I went to my car it was still empty. We were with a few other couples and one of the couples had there stuff taken from their room and when they went to the front desk to talk to them about the person who was in the room cleaning it and that the stuff disapeard they said they had no clue.But an hour later the bag apreared at the front desk...No sorry I would not recomend this hotel at all...
