This was the worst hotel we stayed at.
Looks like there are not great hotels in Israel, but this one is terrible, and is also expensive.
Our room was in Level 1 (lower level) and when we got there was filthy, but we were worried about the mold that was all around walls, doors, carpet.
We contacted the manager and at first they were not willing to take care of us.
After many calls from us and when the local tour agency called them, they just sent us a plate of fruit, a bottle of wine and chocolates.
Obviously, that was not what we were looking for....
Do not go to that hotel!!!

We stayed here as part of a tour package. We had a suite. Very adequate, clean, and well appointed. Always hot water and daily service. Lobby was very spacious and modern. Ate at the restaurant each morning and evening. Plentiful assortment of food choice. Would recommend.
