Two rooms and neither television worked, called the front desk multiple times about it and kept being told the manager would be in shortly, but they never showed up. Breakfast is a total joke, ended up having to go buy breakfast because they couldn’t keep anything filled, and was over an hour late in opening.Front desk was left completely unattended during checkout time, with a note to call (which we did and no one answered). Beds are visibly worn out completely concave just looking at them. Rooms weren’t too bad but could use a better cleaning. Towels were impossible to get ahold of (for room or pool). We visited 3 years ago and one of the pool things didn’t work then and still doesn’t. Very disappointing stay.

My friend and I came to Sioux Falls to watch the Gophers play the Sooners at the Pentagon. I booked on Hotwire, and when I started reading the reviews, I got really nervous. But I honestly don't understand them because everything that everyone talked about didn't happen to me. The room was clean, no mold, no rude staff, etc. It was a very nice stay on a very fun weekend.
